By proceeding with services from In The Spirit, LLC, you agree to terms above and release In The Spirit, LLC, its owner, members, affiliates, and partners from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly and indirectly from services performed. In The Spirit, LLC reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.

I will respect you and hold space for you. No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc.
All clients will be treated with confidentiality.
I strive for absolute transparency with all of my clients. I encourage you to ask questions with how I am receiving and translating the current information within our appointment time. You have the right to ask for clarification on any information that seems unclear so you can fully understand what is going on. However, once our session has ended, please respect my time as I respect yours. If you have further questions or concerns and need to follow-up, please consider scheduling another reading to have enough time to fully address those issues.
There are no guarantees that everything you wish or hope will come through in your reading will come through. I will be clear about my abilities and gifts and will present myself responsibly with respect and integrity at all times.

Sometimes life gets busy and you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a 24 hour notice, as is standard for most professional businesses. If you cancel before the 24 hour window, you will receive a full refund. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied to your new appointment time. I will allow you to reschedule up to 2 times, as long as notice is within a 24 hour period to give me time to fill your now empty spot. However, be certain that the new time will work for you as to avoid a rescheduling fee for the second rescheduled appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hour notice for cancellations will result in forfeiture of your refund. And, if you are a no show, with no communication to me, there is no refund and I will not read for you in the future. I will be respectful of you as long as you are respectful to me. I value your time, so please value mine.
All online readings and services require payment in advance of your appointment through Square or PayPal. In person readings and Reiki services will be paid upon completion of said service via Square or PayPal.

If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
